Metra Parking Lot


  • The daily fee for parking is $1.50 Monday through Friday.
  • There are two lots available for commuter parking that are easily accessible to commuters. Both lots accommodate permit and daily parking.
  • Parking in the north and south commuter lots is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Parking is free from 4 pm until midnight.
Parking is free on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays

Parking Lot Security

 
The parking lot is patrolled daily by the Cary Police Department. 

Multi Day Commuter Parking

The multi-day parking allows commuters to leave their vehicle in the designated spaces for up to 5 days. The multi-day parking location is located in the south commuter parking lot along Jandus Road and across from True Value Manufacturing. The designated parking spaces available are 229 through 238.

Additional multi-day parking options are available by utilizing Parkmobile. The Parkmobile app allows commuters to pay for their parking space from offsite locations.

Free Downtown Public Parking

The 26 space parking area north of BMO Harris Bank is designated for downtown 
parking only. The parking area has a six hour time limit, and will be convenient 
and free to those patrons utilizing Cary's downtown.

Handicapped And Motorcycle Parking


  • Handicapped and motorcycle parking are exempt from the daily parking fee.
  • Use of a handicapped parking spaces require a handicapped permit or license plate for handicapped parking.
