Village Board Agendas and Minutes Village Hall All regularly scheduled Village Board meetings occur on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, starting at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the Cary Village Hall in the Village Board Room, unless a different location is listed on the agenda. Below you will find agendas and approved minutes for current and past Cary Village Board meetings. The Village Board usually approves meeting minutes for any given date at the subsequent meeting. Village staff does our best to post the meeting minutes as quickly as possible after the they have been approved by the Village Board.
