The Village of Cary is soliciting request for proposals from qualified vendors for the following project:

Building Permit File Document Imaging Services

Sealed cost proposals for this contract must be received before 2:00PM on Monday, March 22, 2021 at the Cary Village Hall, 655 Village Hall Drive, Cary, Illinois 60013.

The Village of Cary is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to convert existing paper documents into electronic format compatible with the Village’s document management software: SharePoint.  Records to be converted include building permit and historical planning/zoning files.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to meet all requirements of the bid documents.

Viewing of documents for the scanning project will be offered by appointment only and is encouraged. Appointments can be made for regular Village business hours between 8:30AM and 5:00PM, Monday-Friday.
