The Administration and Development Department was recently restructured to combine two Village departments - Administration and Building, Planning and Zoning. The Administration division of the department consists of the Village Administrator, Assistant to the Village Administrator and the Executive Secretary. The Development division of the department consists of the Assistant to the Village Administrator-Development, the Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer and the Property Maintenance Inspector. The Administration and Development Department oversees a number of vital Village functions including human resources, Freedom of Information Requests, vendor contracts, all areas of development, plan review and property maintenance. In addition, the Administration division maintains oversight of the other Village Departments, including Police, Public Works and Finance.
