Pedcor Investments, LLC is seeking to construct an 60 unit apartment complex on vacant land at the northeast corner of First and Pearl Streets. The proposed development consists of four (4) two-story buildings totaling 60 units. A public hearing before the Board of Zoning, Planning & Appeals of the Village of Cary has been scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cary Village Hall.
