The Comprehensive Plan provides a foundation for decision making based on community consensus, community vision, existing conditions and future potential. The Plan serves as a "road map" for 15 to 20 years into the future by guiding policy decisions and helping the community achieve its long-term objectives. The Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Cary will include community-wide plans to address many issues including land use and development, housing and residential areas, commercial and industrial areas, transportation and circulation, community facilities, infrastructure, environmental features and open space.
Community Workshops - The purpose of a workshop is to allow residents to tell the Village what they think, before we begin making plans and recommendations. Check back for dates of future workshops.
