As the weather begins to cool, the Village would like to remind residents that recreational vehicles or equipment associated with summer use must be placed in permanent storage by October 31.
This includes, but is not limited to, travel trailers, campers, watercraft, and all-terrain vehicles. Recreational vehicles must be placed in one of the following three locations:
- Within a fully enclosed structure.
- Between the rear of the principal building and rear lot line.
- Within an area between the principal building and a side lot line not facing the street.
If storing under options 2 or 3, the vehicle must be screened. If you have questions, you are encouraged to contact Community Development at 847-639-1100.
